Earth Cone is a die-cut piece of corrugated cardboard with scored fold lines. The dots shown in the above diagram illustrate where the fold lines are located. It has two longer side flaps and two corresponding shorter flaps extending out. The 2 longer flaps both have a "locking tab"made at the end and the 2 corresponding shorter flaps have an insertion slot cut out at the fold line, as seen in the below images.
To erect Earth Cone, it is as easy as forming them into shape at the fold lines and then pushing the two locking slots completely through the corresponding insertion slots. Once through, you can feel it locked into position. This is all made possible by the clever design of Earth Cone which makes the tabs slightly wider than the slot it went through - simple and effective! The tops are designed to stay together once erected.
