Earth Cone is very simple to erect thanks to it's unique design. It is basically a piece of corrugated cardboard (die-cut) with 4 flaps; 2 long and 2 short. The two longer side flaps have locking tabs protruding at each end while the 2 short flaps have insertion slots cut out, as shown below.
To erect Earth Cone, it is as easy as folding it into shape using the scored fold lines and then pushing the two locking slots completely through the corresponding insertion slots, one at a time. Once the tab is all the way through, you can feel it locked into place. This is all made possible by the design of Earth Cone which makes the tabs slightly wider than the slot it went through - simple and effective! The tops are designed to stay together naturally once erected, although you could use a single household stable for added measure if you like.
