Earth cone is very easy to erect, thanks to it's well thought out and creative design. It is made from die-cut corrugated (B Flute) and is one piece. As seen from the above diagram, there are four side flaps - 2 long and 2 short on corresponding sides. The 2 longer flaps have locking tabs at each end and the 2 short ones have insertion slots cut out.
To erect Earth Cone, it is as easy as folding the cone into shape, as seen on the image to the left. Push the locking tab completely through the corresponding insertion slot with your thumb. Once the tab is all the way through, you can feel it locked in place. Do both sides and you are good to go - it is that simple. The tops are designed to fold towards each other. For outside use as a disposable cone, it is always wise to put a single household staple through the top for added security.
