Our addiction to the use of rubber and plastic material has had enormous consequences for Mother Earth. Each year, millions of cones end up in landfills around the world, leaching poisonous toxins into water tables for centuries to come. Rain forests are disappearing permanently to satisfy our insatiable appetite for rubber and little is being done to stop it from happening. Cardboard is the most recycled material in the world thanks to it's biodegradable properties and an Eco-friendly choice. Although we may never rid the Earth entirely of rubber and plastic, we can make a big difference by adopting the use of Earth Cone whenever a cardboard cone will do.
