DISPOSABLE USE
Earth Cone has it's roots as an Eco-friendly disposable cone in greater Vancouver BC. Along with being the author of this website, I am a former paving contractor who invented Earth Cone for use in my business to cordon off freshly completed jobs. Customers were given instructions on when to open the area for traffic and could dispose of them easily without harming the environment. I used to consider them as "my big business card", referring to being able to print my contact information.
STRONG
Corrugated cardboard gets it's strength from the wavy rolls between the liner board called flutes. Earth Cone orients the flutes vertically to obtain maximum strength.
The test image below (in my back yard) was taken about 2 weeks after their first exposure to moisture. They were beginning to sag a bit, but there is little doubt that their overall strength far exceed the minimum time required for disposable use.
